• Repair information (fault description, part number, case tracking)
• Account identifiers — Pro Area (partner garage) or Private Customer Area: identifier, encrypted password, and company name for professionals
• Order History and Cart Contents (WooCommerce Online Shop)
• Connection and browsing data (cookies - see dedicated section)
• Payment details (processed directly by Worldline / Saferpay)
• Date, time and IP address recorded upon online acceptance of our repair terms and conditions (as proof of your agreement)
• Audience measurement data: pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source, device type, and anonymised IP address (via Google Analytics, only with your consent)

Article 3Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Handle your requests via the contact form
• Manage online store orders
• Manage service bookings
• Manage your Pro Account (partner garage) or private Customer Account and track your repairs online
• Carry out the technical interventions (the chassis number allows identification of the exact vehicle specifications)
• Issue invoices and ensure accounting follow-up.
• Comply with legal obligations (especially tax)
• You will receive automatic emails related to your application tracking (acknowledgement of receipt, request for acceptance of terms, notification of availability, reminders, invoice).
• Collect and retain proof of your acceptance of our repair terms.
• Measure site audience to improve our services (with your consent)

Article 4Legal basis

Your data processing is based on:

• The execution of a contract Order, booking, service
• Your consent (contact form, non-essential cookies)
• Compliance with legal obligations (accounting conservation)
• Legitimate interest (Site security, fraud prevention)

Article 5Shelf life

We only retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes pursued:

• Repair and retrofit files during the period of the relationship, and for up to 10 years (Swiss warranty and accounting obligations)
• Invoices and accounting documents 10 years (Art. 958f CO)
• Proof of acceptance of terms (date and IP address): retained with the relevant file
• Unit not recovered deemed abandoned after 6 months of no contact from you (see our repair conditions)
• Contact form requests 12 months from the last exchange
• Customer account until its deletion at your request
• Navigation data and cookies according to the durations specified in our cookie policy

Article 6Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share none of your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

The only technical personnel with access to certain data as strictly required for their service are:

• Infomaniak Network SA — website and email hosting (Switzerland)
• Worldline (Saferpay) — Secure payment processing; no banking data is stored on our servers
• Google Ireland Limited — audience measurement (Google Analytics), only if you have consented. Data may be transferred outside of Switzerland and the EU, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses)

These providers are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

Article 7Biscuits

The site uses cookies via the plugin Complianz which allows you to manage your preferences. The types of cookies used are:

• Essential cookies — necessary for the site's operation, your account (Pro Area / Private Client Area), and connection security
• Functional cookies — good page display and remembering your interface choices
• Preference cookies language memorisation (TranslatePress) and your preferences
• Shop Cookies (WooCommerce) — shopping basket and purchase session management during an online order
• Statistics cookies — anonymised audience measurement via Google Analytics 4, only deposited after your consent
